You guide and motivate young people to actively participate in the labor market. The young people are registered by activation client managers or pathway counselors from a regional student affairs office. You work for a joint arrangement, a collaboration between various municipalities in the fields of Work, Income and Care Policy, ICT, and Personnel and Organization.
What you do
- Guide and motivate young people through application procedures
- Keep information and candidate systems up to date
- Negotiate subsidies and employment contracts (in consultation with the activation client manager)
- Account management for participating companies, organizations
- Administratively process placements and secondments
- Search for suitable vacancies for young people
- Assist young people with the application procedure
- Process notes and agreements made
- Contact participating companies
- Handle administrative procedures and agreements
Profile
With a proactive attitude, commercial skills, and the ability to set priorities, you consistently make the right match between the candidate and an organization.
