Regional Manager

You will lead teams where care truly matters, specifically in asylum seeker healthcare. You combine leadership with social impact and ensure that healthcare professionals in your region can work optimally. An organization that provides general practitioner care to asylum seekers at various reception locations.

What you will do.

• Lead various care teams within your region and ensure that the practices function well.
• Make decisions within complex and challenging environments.
• Determine your own agenda and be regularly present at locations that require the most attention.
• Coach employees, promote collaboration, and be responsible for personnel policy (recruitment, interviews, absence guidance).
• Seek new opportunities for service provision.
• Translate organizational goals into practice and create a safe, positive working environment.
• Monitor quality, achieve objectives, implement policy, and maintain contacts with chain partners.
• Be available when the situation requires it and be scheduled for on-call duties in accordance with the collective labor agreement.
• Be responsible for various regions with asylum seeker centers of varying sizes (200 to 1200 residents).
• Travel frequently to different locations where you lead diverse teams, ranging from 2 to 10 colleagues.
• Be present at the head office one to two times a month for meetings with other regional managers.
