This role is within the medical imaging department of a healthcare organization. The department is at the forefront of progress in various radiology techniques and works with a multidisciplinary team of care assistants, logistics assistants, and technologists, coordinated by specialized radiologists. Services include conventional radiology, senology, ultrasound, interventional angiography, CT scans, and nuclear magnetic resonance.
What you do
- You manage the patient environment
- You check the equipment in the premises
- You participate in the preparation and distribution of meal trays and snacks
- You provide logistical support to nursing and care staff: you check, tidy, replenish, package, clean, and disinfect equipment
- You assist with material supply and stock management
- You ensure the transport of materials from the care unit to all other departments and vice versa
- You respect hospital hygiene rules, both in contact with patients and during hotel tasks, equipment maintenance, waste disposal, and the transport of samples to the laboratory
- You communicate easily and clearly, adapting to your interlocutor
Profile
- You hold a logistics assistant certificate
- Organizational and relational skills
- Bilingual (FR/NL), knowledge of other languages is an asset
- Capable of working autonomously and responsibly while remaining a team player
- Openness to issues related to cultural diversity in a hospital environment
