You will work within a care institution focused on the guidance and care of people with intellectual disabilities. The location offers living and lodging facilities for children and adults with severe multiple disabilities. There is intensive collaboration with parents and a focus on creating a pleasant and safe environment for the clients.
What you do
As a nurse, you play a crucial role in the daily guidance and care of clients. You work together with a team to ensure the best possible care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Ensure clients receive the necessary support and care
- Serve as a point of contact for family members and other stakeholders
Profile
- You hold a care diploma at MBO 4 level (Dutch equivalent)
- You are available for flexible shifts, including weekends, irregular shifts, waking or sleeping shifts
- You have demonstrable experience with the target group of severe multiple disabilities (EMB)
- You are proficient in performing Activities of Daily Living (ADL) tasks
