Traineeship Underground Infrastructure

• In the first 8 weeks (discovery phase), you will get acquainted with various departments and locations of the organization.
• You will learn about different components such as gas, water, electricity, telecommunications, heating/cooling, sustainable energy (solar panels, EV charging stations), installation technology, engineering, revision, and asset registration.
• This is followed by an in-depth phase of 4 weeks where you will work in one or two departments/locations of your preference.
• You will be guided by a 'buddy' who will show you the ropes within the organization and provide practical support.
• By the end of the program, you will be prepared for a responsible position and able to manage projects independently, for example as a work planner, executor, or project controller.

What they ask

• A completed (or nearly completed) HBO degree.
• Maximum 4 years of work experience.
• Strong motivation to learn and master the world of underground infrastructure.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Driving license B.

• A one-year contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• 25 vacation days and 13 ATV days on a full-time basis.
