What you do
As a Workplace Consultant MS365, you are the point of contact for clients during the digital transformation to a modern workplace. You combine advice, analysis, and implementation in projects around Microsoft 365 and the Modern Workplace.
- Advise on the optimal use of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, Security & Compliance).
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Execute implementation and migration projects for various clients.
- Guide users with training, adoption, and change management.
- Be a sparring partner for IT managers and executives.
- Support Microsoft Azure environments with colleagues.
Profile
- Experience with Microsoft 365 implementations, both technical and functional.
- Knowledge of the challenges of modern hybrid workplaces and the ability to clearly explain solutions.
- Fluent communication with both IT profiles and end-users.
- Structured, customer-focused, and takes initiative.
- Certifications such as MS-900, MS-700, MS-720 or SC-900 are a plus; commitment to obtaining them is highly desired.
