Contribute to the development of a defense organization without being a military professional yourself. This role focuses on training, coaching, ICT, and innovation. You will support employees and teams in their professional development and help with the successful application of innovative ICT solutions. You act as a connecting factor between people, education, training, and technology.
What you do
- Provide training, workshops
- Coach and guide employees and teams
- Support training and development programs
- Identify learning and development needs
- Contribute to ideas for ICT innovations and digital work processes
- Test and help implement new ICT applications
- Translate user needs into practical improvements
- Support colleagues in using digital systems
- Collaborate with internal and external experts
- Report on progress, results, and areas for improvement
What they ask
- Dutch nationality
- Good command of Dutch and English (spoken and written)
- Certificate of Conduct (VOG) without special remarks
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in ICT at MBO-4 level
- Enjoy guiding individuals in ICT and contributing to innovation and further development of ICT at the unit level
- Flexible and comfortable with changes or responding quickly between tasks
- MBO 4 ICT diploma
- Certifications such as CCNA 1, CCNA 2, ITIL 4 Foundation, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Azure or Microsoft 365 certificates, Linux certifications
- Experience in coaching and providing training
Proficiency in:
- Windows and/or Linux
- Networks: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN
- Hardware, virtualization
- Active Directory or a comparable identity solution
- Microsoft 365 or comparable cloud platforms
- Backup, monitoring
- Scripting and automation, for example PowerShell, Bash
- IT service management, such as incident, change, and problem management
- Information security and privacy
- Cloud concepts and hybrid infrastructures
Practical
- Additional requirements such as a security clearance and screening apply.
