What you do

Work in sterile areas according to applicable procedures and quality standards.
Clean lines and the work environment in accordance with cGMP guidelines.
Apply all safety regulations and wear the correct PPE.
Strictly adhere to cGMP rules regarding conduct, clothing, and documentation.
Independently prepare and clean materials such as tanks, filters, pumps, glassware, and containers.
Set up installations for the preparation of various products such as injectable solutions, suspensions, ointments, and powders.
Check raw materials for identity, weight, codes, and visual quality.
Perform tests on product and aeration filters.
Monitor and correctly execute all critical steps in the preparation process.
Perform supporting tasks such as taking water samples, verifying balances, calibrating pH meters, and leak testing autoclaves.
Accurately complete preparation documents, logbooks, and time sheets.
Ensure an orderly, hygienic, and safe workplace.
If necessary, provide support to the packaging or formulation departments.
Work with software tools such as MS Office and SAP.

Preferably an A2 diploma in a technical or chemical field, or equivalent experience.
Familiar with production processes, safety guidelines, and cGMP regulations within a pharmaceutical environment.
Insight into IPC controls and cleaning procedures.
Able to identify improvements and actively participate in optimization projects.
Strong eagerness to learn and open to working with new technologies.
Works accurately and efficiently, with a constant focus on quality within the production process.
