This role is within a non-profit industry association representing the entire value chain of the fibre optic industry.
- The organization promotes the adoption and benefits of fibre networks.
- You will be responsible for defining and implementing the membership policy, promoting services, maximizing the engagement of existing members, and recruiting new ones.
What you do
- Reporting to the Director General.
- Working in close co-operation with other team members in charge of Event management, Marketing and Communication, Public Affairs, Administration & finances.
- Defining the membership policy in relation with the Director General, in alignment with the organization's overarching strategy.
- Managing relations with existing members to maximize their engagement and satisfaction.
- Supporting the activity of various Committees.
- Developing and promotion of monetized services (sponsorship of newsletters, publications and webinars).
- Developing and implementing recruitment campaigns to develop further membership and managing relations with prospects.
- Managing the members engagement platform (IT tool).
- In relation with the annual event, supporting members for the development of workshop sessions and managing the awards process.
- Supporting the Accounting and Finance department for membership fees credit control.
- Secretariat of the association, direct support to Board meetings and General Assemblies.
Profile
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, ideally in marketing/communication/business administration.
- 3 to 5 years work experience in similar role or in the promotion of professional services.
- Professional written and spoken English is a must, additional European language skills is a plus.
- Very good communication skills.
- Service oriented.
- Autonomous, organised, self-motivated with a high level of integrity.
- Team player.
- EU permanent work permit is a must.
Practical
- Employee contract or independent contractor agreement.
- Full time position.
