Enable participants in training courses to acquire new knowledge, skills, and attitudes and apply them in practice.
- Utilize relevant (digital) working methods to enhance the learning experience and create engagement.
- Develop teaching materials (hand-outs, online content, practical exercises) and/or ensure that available materials are up-to-date and relevant for the target group.
- Co-create new training courses in the sector with the sector manager and/or co-instructors.
- Contribute to the image of an educational organization as a place for professional knowledge, entrepreneurship, and innovation.
- Target audience: Beginners and advanced.
- Lesson times: mainly during the day.
What they ask
- Several years of experience as an operator of various mobile work equipment.
- Very good knowledge of the specific characteristics and risks of various mobile work equipment.
- Talent to quickly familiarize yourself with new matters.
- Open learning attitude and empathy for people at different stages of the learning process.
- A pedagogical diploma is NOT a must; some experience with teaching/speaking to a group is a plus.
- Basic digital skills and the ability to apply them practically.
