You will be part of the care team within the residential care centers of a healthcare organization. You will contribute to a comfortable final phase of life for the residents.
What you will do.
- Ensure meaningful daily activities for residents
- Respect the individuality, needs, and privacy of each resident
- Promote quality of life and encourage self-reliance
- Be attentive to physical and psychosocial limitations and report them within the care team
- Spontaneously share improvement suggestions with your supervisor
