Project Manager
You enjoy taking responsibility for technical projects with international impact. As a Project Manager at an organization, you ensure that projects are successfully executed from start to finish. You monitor planning, budget, quality, and progress, and serve as the point of contact for both clients and internal stakeholders. Within this organization, you will work on innovative solutions for wastewater treatment, energy recovery, and biogas processing.
You will join a young and driven team of project managers and make a direct contribution to sustainable projects realized worldwide.
What you do
As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the execution of projects after the assignment has been acquired. Together with Process Engineers, Project Engineers, and other disciplines, you ensure that projects are delivered according to agreements. Your tasks include:
- Drawing up, monitoring, and adjusting project plans, budgets, and project objectives.
- Managing and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and ensuring clear communication throughout the project.
- Organizing and leading kick-off, progress, and handover meetings.
- Monitoring contractual agreements, risks, budgets, and project results.
- Ensuring a successful handover to the client and service organization.
The projects you are responsible for range in size from approximately €0.5 million to €5 million. Depending on the project size and your workload, you will be responsible for multiple projects simultaneously.
Profile
You are a strong organizer who easily switches between clients, suppliers, and colleagues. You maintain an overview, set priorities, and know how to engage people to achieve common project goals. In addition, you bring the following:
- A completed technical HBO (higher professional education) degree.
- Several years of experience as a Project Manager within a technical project organization.
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages. German is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing overview.
