What you do
As a nursing specialist, you play a central role within the team. You combine substantive treatment with management, collaboration, and professional coordination.
- Act as a (co-)therapist
- Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team (psychiatrists, psychologists, nursing specialists, SPV, case managers, and outpatient counselors)
- Participate in thinking about complex case studies
- Actively contribute to the quality and continuity of care
