For a rapidly growing accountancy firm within a network, a Partner/Associate is sought who wants more than just managing files. This is a key position for those who want to strategically contribute to building a future-oriented firm, with a substantive, human, and entrepreneurial touch.
What you will do.
- Manage and strategically advise your own client portfolio.
- Optimize complex files in fiscal, accounting, and corporate law areas.
- Guide clients through tax audits, restructurings, and acquisitions.
- Actively contribute to the commercial growth and further development of the firm.
- Coach and support the team.
- Help shape the long-term strategy and organization.
- Ideally, you already have your own client portfolio or are able to actively build one in the short term.
