An organization supports airline passengers in claiming compensation for delayed or canceled flights. To date, they have assisted hundreds of thousands of travelers navigate stressful travel disruptions.
- The network is expanding, and they are looking for on-call passenger support/flyer distributors.
- This is a non-sales role focused purely on information sharing, passenger support, and professional representation.
What you will do.
- Respond on short notice: travel to the airport arrivals area when notified of a significant flight disruption (e.g., delays exceeding 3 hours).
- Inform passengers: distribute informational flyers to passengers of the affected flight and explain how the organization can assist them.
- Be a reassuring presence: communicate with passengers in a friendly, calm, and professional manner.
- No airport security clearance is required for this role.

Profile
