- Collaborate with case managers and mentors
- Organize reintegration activities (e.g., job application skills, money management, building a social network)

Profile
- Completed PABO or a first or second-degree teacher training program
- Experience in providing education and guiding participants
- Strong didactic, pedagogical, and communication skills
- Experience with adult education, reintegration, detention, or complex target groups is a plus
Practical
- Salary level: Scale 09
- Monthly salary: €3,579.00 - €4,999.00 (gross based on 36 hours)
- Employment type: Fixed-term employment contract with the prospect of an indefinite-term contract (possibly with a maximum trial period of 1 month)
- Individual Choice Budget (IKB) of 16.5% of your gross annual salary
- Full reimbursement of public transport travel expenses
