What you will do.
- You will take the lead on the implementation of a complex, multi-track program.
- You will monitor progress, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across various projects.
- You will translate scope, agreements, and objectives into concrete actions and operational processes.
- You will bring structure to complex situations and ensure clear planning, dashboards, and reporting.
- You will identify roadblocks and proactively propose pragmatic solutions.
- You will work closely with various domains, including Operations, HR, Legal, Communication, and IT.
- You will manage stakeholders from operational level to senior management and C-level.
- You will ensure that projects are measurable and audit-ready.
- You will monitor business impact and ensure that solutions are effectively workable in the field.
- You will constructively challenge decisions and existing working methods.
- You will facilitate discussions and ensure clear agreements, ownership, and follow-up.
- You will ensure that projects do not get stuck in analysis but actually lead to execution and results.

What they ask
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
- A demonstrable track record with complex and high-impact projects.
- Experience with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional/organization-wide projects.
- Very hands-on, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Strong in structure, planning, and organization.
- A true solution mindset: you see problems, but primarily come up with solutions.
- Taking ownership and independently bringing things to a successful conclusion.
- Remaining calm and reliable when pressure is high.
- Strong in stakeholder management and able to naturally engage people.
- Assertive enough to challenge, but always in a diplomatic way.
- Curious and eager to understand why something happens before deciding how it should be done.
- Very strong communication skills and able to report complex matters clearly.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
Nice-to-haves.
- Experience within telecom, infrastructure, or similar technical environments.
- Experience with large programs in addition to classic projects.
- Experience in high-pressure or crisis-like environments.
- An IT background.
- Experience with contract implementations or highly regulated environments.
- Experience with AI tools to support project management.
