An industrial service provider is looking for motivated professionals to strengthen its insulation team for projects with major players in the industry. The organization is seeking someone who can flawlessly oversee insulation projects and provide leadership, to complete projects on time and to the client's satisfaction.
What you do
- Starts the day with a discussion of tasks, opportunities
- Ensures necessary permits are arranged and materials are available
- Instructs the team on the work to be performed
- Provides structural supervision of safe execution and quality control
- Regularly consults with the client and project management
- Monitors costs and records hours worked and materials
- Processes data administratively
- Identifies additional work for project management
- Measures work on site and assists with tasks if necessary
What they ask
- Experience in the industry
- Several years of experience as a direct supervisor
- Knowledge of commonly used insulation materials and sheet materials
- Valid VCA VOL diploma
- All-round Industrial Insulation Mechanic diploma (or willingness to obtain it)
