You will work on high-end new-build projects, such as luxury detached villas and semi-detached houses. You will independently perform various carpentry tasks, from structural work to finishing. You will remain fully independent and decide which assignments you accept. It is possible to apply as a team with a colleague.
What you will do.
- Installation of exterior and interior walls
- Assembly of frames, windows
- Carpentry of stairs
- Installation of interior doors and interior finishing
- Finishing of ceilings and window sills
- Completion work
What they are looking for.
- Experience as a carpenter in residential construction
- Valid VCA VOL certificate
- Own transport and tools
- Chamber of Commerce registration, VAT number, and liability insurance
- Ability to be available for a longer period

- Rate in consultation, appropriate to your experience and project type
- Invoices can be paid within 7 days
- Clear agreements and detailed assignment descriptions in advance
- Possible administrative processing via reversed billing
