A regional disputes committee is looking for an experienced secretary (legal advisor) for three planned sessions. The committee handles disputes between employees of public organizations and their employer, concerning job evaluation, "From Work to Work" trajectories, and social plans. The assignment includes preparing dossiers, participating in sessions, and drafting concept opinions. The scope is estimated at approximately 12 to 20 hours per session.

Profile
As a secretary, you will support and advise the regional disputes committee in handling personnel disputes. You will perform these tasks independently.
What they ask
- Recognized, completed, and full diploma at a minimum of HBO level (higher professional education)
- Demonstrable knowledge of employment law
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable work experience as a legal advisor, secretary of an appeals or disputes committee, or in a comparable legal function
- Demonstrable knowledge of the collective labor agreement for Municipalities (CAO Gemeenten) and/or CAO SGO
- A specific VOG (Certificate of Conduct) is required (to be requested and uploaded after award)
Preferences.
- Demonstrable experience with the HR21 job evaluation system
- Demonstrable work experience within municipal government
