Contribute to the development, implementation, and optimization of industrial automation systems in an industrial environment.
- Combine hands-on programming with the independent execution of automation projects.
- From software development to testing and commissioning.
What you do
- PLC programming of Siemens systems (S7-400 and S7-1500).
- Develop, adapt, and optimize PLC software via TIA Portal and Simatic Manager.
- Independently execute automation assignments.
- Program and optimize sequential controls and control engineering applications.
- Integrate and configure industrial communication systems such as Profinet and Profibus.
- Support testing, commissioning, and startup of automation systems.
- Implement, test, and document software changes.
- Collaborate with other automation specialists and technical stakeholders.
What they ask
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, or Electromechanics, or equivalent by experience.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in PLC and HMI programming.
- Strong knowledge of Siemens S7-400, S7-1500, TIA Portal, and Simatic Manager.
- Experience with Siemens Safety PLC systems.
- Good knowledge of Profinet, Profibus, sequential controls, and control engineering.
- Experience with independently executing automation projects.
- Knowledge of Siemens Sinamics drives, WinCC, and industrial fieldbus systems is a plus.
- Safety-conscious, accurate, and strong in problem analysis and troubleshooting.
- Communicative, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Good knowledge of Dutch.
