Business Process Transformation Consultant Asset Management

The mission contributes to the review, definition, and improvement of transversal processes covering the entire Front-to-Back operational chain within an organization.

• The team supports transformation and optimization initiatives of the operational model through the analysis of existing processes, the definition of target processes, change management, and the coordination of stakeholders.
• The objective is to strengthen operational efficiency, ensure process alignment with strategic objectives, and contribute to the definition of the Target Operating Model.

What you will do.

• Analysis and optimization of operational processes: responsible for the analysis of Front-to-Back processes of the management company to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. This involves understanding existing processes, identifying operational inefficiencies, formalizing findings, and proposing improvements adapted to business and operational challenges. The team also ensures process documentation and consistency within transformation projects.
• Contribution to transformation initiatives: support transformation projects impacting the operational organization. Participate in impact analysis, definition of process evolutions, and coordination of relevant stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of changes. Tasks include preparing deliverables, monitoring actions, and supporting teams during transformation phases.
• Steering and coordination of initiatives: contribute to the structuring, planning, and monitoring of assigned initiatives. Ensure coordination between the various stakeholders involved in projects to guarantee alignment with strategic objectives and adherence to defined deadlines. Regular monitoring of action progress and dependencies is expected throughout the project lifecycle.
• Definition of the Target Operating Model: participate in the definition and review of the target operational model. Collaborate closely with operational teams, Front Office, Risk, Investment Compliance, and IT to identify prerequisites, constraints, and impacts associated with the planned evolutions. The objective is to contribute to the establishment of a robust, efficient, and aligned operational model.
