A mental health center offers outpatient guidance and treatment to individuals with serious psychological, psychosocial, or psychiatric problems.
- The alternative judicial measures (AGM) team is a collaboration between a mental health center and a local government organization.

What you do
- Outpatient guidance/treatment for non-detained justice-involved individuals with psychological/psychiatric problems and an addiction problem (dual diagnosis).
- Close collaboration within ethical frameworks with the referring judicial authority.
- Guiding clients who are following an alternative judicial measure (VOV, probation, BIM, DOK).
- Applying up-to-date knowledge regarding target group problems and psychopathology.
- Involving the client's context in the guidance.
- Establishing contacts with referrers and other healthcare providers.
- Individual and group guidance.
- Being part of a multidisciplinary operation.
- Accurate follow-up of reporting in the electronic patient file.
Profile
- Master's degree in psychology, adult option, applying knowledge within mental healthcare.
- Special interest in the target group.
- Experience in addiction care is a plus, as is experience within mental healthcare or related sectors.
- Interest, knowledge, and experience with judicial authorities and clients receiving guidance in a 'compulsory' framework are a plus.
- Ability to work methodically and independently, both in guidance and other assignments.
- Willingness to work with diagnostic instruments.
- Willingness to work online and apply online methodologies in a blended manner.
- Motivated and driven to learn quickly and master the methodologies used in both regular outpatient mental healthcare and addiction care.
- Creative and flexible person, eager to take on new challenges.
- Willingness to work evenings (Monday or Tuesday).
