- Runs paid marketing campaigns, integrates customer data, and generates sales-ready leads.
- Focus on lead generation and running paid media campaigns for international accounts.
- Fully remote from EMEA (approximately +/- 2h from France).
What you do
- Manage high-budget advertising campaigns (+100k$/month) on multiple platforms, primarily Meta, but also Google and Bing.
- Manage various clients / verticals.
- Track and analyze performance (revenue, margin, and quality) within your portfolio (20-25 clients) and continuously improve campaign performance.
- Harness data to continuously improve quality, volume, and revenue.
- Test, learn, and iterate on new use cases to find the best ways to improve the existing advertising strategies.
- Work with Sales and Marketing-Operations teams to build and operate acquisition funnels.
Profile
- 3+ years of experience.
- Multi-account management experience.
- Strong performance mindset & analytical skills.
- Proactive, creative, and data-driven.
- Spanish fluent + English Fluent.
- Also nice to have: Portuguese and Italian.
- Experience with Spanish and international clients - knowledge of Spanish market / trends.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Eager to work & interact with an international team.
