A consulting firm is looking for a Scrum Master for its clients. Both permanent employment and freelance status are possible.
What you will do.
- Drive change and agility throughout your cluster and the different squads.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies at cluster & squad level.
- Steer the continuous improvement cycle in our cluster towards the most impactful improvements in collaboration with the product owner, the squad and other meaningful stakeholders.
- Foster an agile culture and elaborate team dynamics.
- Support the team in resolving blockers and streamlining processes, while fostering growing maturity, ownership, and autonomy in the squad.
- Coach and facilitate on doing and being agile.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration across the team, and with other stakeholders.
What they ask
- At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master in a transformation context.
- Experience with coaching and implementing agile values and mindset.
- Experience with process improvements in complex corporate environments.
- Experience in marketing & communications environments.
- Experience in agile transformations in non-IT environments.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Workfront.
- Experience with Wrike or other agile backlog tooling.
Profile
- Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Organizational talent with a strong analytical, critical, conceptual, and results-oriented mind.
- Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to convince and motivate people in a difficult transformation context.
- Able to work under pressure, with an eye for detail and with tight deadlines.
- Professional knowledge of French, Dutch, and English.
