You will work on complex change projects concerning grid capacity, customer processes, and evolving regulations within a large organization in the Dutch energy sector. The energy transition is causing fundamental changes in the Dutch energy system, where the demand for electricity is growing rapidly, and the available grid capacity cannot always keep pace. This requires new processes, clear choices, and smart solutions.
You will have ample opportunity to distill complex topics into clear choices and solutions that can actually be implemented.
What you do
- Analyze complex business issues and translate them into concrete solutions
- Translate business needs and regulations into clear requirements
- Design and improve processes related to grid capacity and customer requests
- Map impact, risks, and dependencies during changes
- Coordinate with stakeholders from business, operations, IT, and Product Owners
- Support decision-making by making scenarios and consequences transparent
- Guide process and system changes towards implementation
- Identify bottlenecks and initiate structural improvements
- Act as the link between business, operations
- Bring together various interests and dependencies to ensure that choices are not only substantively correct but also practically feasible
Profile
- HBO or university level of thinking and working
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst within complex change projects
- Strong experience with process analysis, process design
- Experience with process and system implementations
- Strong analytical skills and good stakeholder management
- Ability to quickly grasp complex subject matter and communicate it clearly
- Experience with agile working and multidisciplinary teams
- Independent and proactive way of working
- Good command of the Dutch language
- Experience within energy, infrastructure, or grid capacity is a clear advantage
- Experience within a highly regulated environment, where laws and regulations regularly lead to process and system changes, is also highly relevant
