Practice Coach Client Manager for Status Holders and Integration

• You are responsible for your own caseload.
• You conduct intake interviews for integration candidates.
• You support status holders and integration candidates towards economic, social, and societal self-reliance.
• You encourage clients to integrate into society independently.
• You prevent dropout.
• You prepare the resident for placement.
• You guide the resident at the workplace.
• You are the point of contact for problems.
• You work very practically with the integration candidate.
• You collaborate with the case manager, the company coach, and the employer advisor.
• You deploy all necessary instruments and activities.

What they ask

• Completed relevant education at a minimum of HBO level (higher professional education).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an integration client manager within a social service.
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages.
• Substantive knowledge of and experience with the Participation Act (Participatiewet) and the Integration Act (Wet Inburgering).
• Knowledge of the Suite4Werk system and the applications TVS, Portal Inburgering, and Suwine.

Preferences.

• Demonstrable recent knowledge and experience as an integration client manager.
• Recent knowledge and experience working with Suite.
• Recent extensive knowledge of the Participation Act and the Integration Act.
• Speaks Arabic (a plus).
