This role involves technical projects and international collaboration, with results visible in unique theaters and on entertainment stages worldwide. You will be responsible for the structure and progress of multiple simultaneous projects and contribute to the professionalization of the project organization. You will work closely with project managers to keep projects, actions, and schedules sharp.
What you will do.
- Ensure complete and accurate project information, action lists, documentation, schedules, and progress overviews.
- Coordinate client appointments, internal evaluations, travel, accommodation, permits, transport, and external hiring.
- Identify bottlenecks, address stakeholders regarding outstanding actions, and escalate in a timely manner when necessary.
- Support project handovers and closures and contribute to evaluations.
- Refine and further develop PMO processes.
- Daily interaction with project managers, Purchasing, Logistics, site managers, installation teams, and external parties.
Profile
- HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level.
- Minimum two years of experience in project support, project coordination, project planning, or production coordination.
- Experience with planning, administrative follow-up, and stakeholder contact within a project-based, technical, or operational environment.
- Good command of Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience with Lisaas ERP or other planning software is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, MS Project, or Power BI is a strong advantage.
- You maintain an overview, work accurately, think ahead, and dare to address colleagues about agreements made.
- You enjoy working collaboratively but also take responsibility independently.
Practical
- After an onboarding period, working from home up to 40 percent is negotiable.
- There are growth opportunities towards Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Head of PMO, or a role in another department.
- A seven-month contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
