What you will do.
- Translate customer wishes into commercial solutions and guide the entire process
- Ensure optimal and efficient day-to-day business operations
- Daily coordination with colleagues regarding quality, production
- Create offers and look ahead for a longer period with the team
- Consult with departments and the design team for the right product and striking design
- Regularly visit customers, especially around peak periods
Profile
- You are driven and possess strong communication skills
- You feel at home working in a team and strive for the highest achievable results
- You have good numerical insight and are commercially oriented
- You work in a results-oriented manner and maintain an overview under pressure
What they ask
- A completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in a commercial direction
- Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- Proficient in Excel
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a commercial role
Preferences.
- Experience in the flower and plant industry or FMCG is a plus
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits
