• Work meticulously with the organization's CMS and pay attention to how technical choices influence the readability and findability of content.
• Independently handle questions and requests from departments regarding web content and digital applications.
• Critically assess requests for content quality, relevance, and added value for the visitor.
• Clearly and constructively substantiate judgments and respectfully convey difficult messages.
• With the help of colleagues, measure the quality and performance of web content, such as visitor numbers, feedback, and search behavior.
• Convert data into well-founded decisions and recommendations that can be clearly and convincingly communicated to relevant departments.
• Proactively contribute ideas to ongoing digital projects that relate to content, editing, or digital user experience.

• A bachelor's degree or an equivalent diploma.
• At least two years of relevant professional experience in editing or copywriting for digital channels.
