A specialized aircraft engine and maintenance company is looking for a Completion Pilot for its Logistics Department. This company is a key player in the international maintenance network and has over 75 years of experience in the air transport industry. You ensure the availability of all parts and coordinate actions for securing high-risk and critical parts. You manage parts and modules based on their level of criticality.
What you will do.
- Responsible for the management of spare parts and identifying and mitigating completion risks.
- Ensure that all administrative and quality rules are respected before proposing a part for an engine.
- Prioritize parts, modules, and engines to be processed.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data processed in the IT tools and that the engine is completed within the allotted time.
- Communicate daily with internal departments such as Supply Chain, Finance, Production, Engineering, and Accounts to monitor the completion of engines and modules.
Profile
- Higher education degree.
- Proficient with common software (MS Office), ERP systems, and specific programs.
- Knowledge of industrial production planning.
- Ability to quickly and accurately analyze problems and propose practical solutions.
- Good team spirit, ability to work independently, open and adaptable.
- Good command of English and French, and able to manage in Dutch.
- Legally authorized to work in Belgium (EU passport or valid work & residence permit).
