A leading Belgian wholesaler and reliable partner for professionals in construction and industry is looking for a Master Data Lead.
- Correct article data forms the foundation for purchasing, sales, logistics, and e-commerce platforms.
- You and your team ensure that thousands of products flawlessly reach the customer daily.

What you will do.
- Take the lead in the daily management, coaching, and development of the operational master data team.
- Monitor planning, purposefully distribute tasks, and ensure strict deadlines for the creation and enrichment of product data.
- Systematically address data quality bottlenecks by conducting thorough root cause analyses and implementing sustainable corrections with your team.
- Process new assortments, periodic price updates, and supplier data into the systems accurately and on time under your supervision.
- Regularly coordinate with Product Management and data governance to translate process agreements into clear, pragmatic working arrangements.
- Test and implement new validation rules together with software and data architects.
- Actively assist in operational execution during peak periods.
Profile
- A healthy dose of people-oriented leadership and a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in managing, coordinating, or motivating a team within an administrative or operational context.
- A natural affinity for article management, process improvement, and a pragmatic view on master data.
- A structured bridge-builder who easily unravels complex problems and sets priorities.
- Clear communication in Dutch.
- Practical knowledge of French is a valuable asset.
