As an integration consultant, you are central to the implementation of the new Integration Act within a municipal organization. You collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the implementation of this act and learn from practice. Additionally, you work with formal and informal providers in the field to ensure successful integration.
What you will do.
- Conduct the Broad Intake
- Draft a Personal Integration and Participation Plan (PIP)
- Coordinate the implementation of the PIP
- Link contracted providers to residents for the execution of the PIP
- Interpret the learnability test
- Support new residents in completing the PIP through regular personal contact
- Manage the implementation of the PIP
What they ask
- Minimum two years of experience as an integration consultant in a municipal context
- Completed higher professional education (hbo)
- Agree to the stated secondment conditions
Preferences.
- Completed hbo bachelor's degree in a legal field, for example, social legal services or law
- Knowledge and experience with GWSSUITE (blue)
- Minimum one year of experience with the new Integration Act in a municipal context
- Minimum five years of experience as an integration consultant in a municipal context
