At a childcare organization, children are central. Through programs, balanced growth and development are ensured. Research shows that outdoor sports and play make children stronger and more social, enhance learning performance and cognitive development, and reduce overweight and stress. The organization offers healthy food and a differentiated activity package based on age and competencies, weekly from a different sports and play theme.

The vision is to enable all children to develop through sports and play on socio-emotional, cognitive, and motor levels, into healthy and environmentally conscious adults. The mission is "To guide children in their development as athletes and individuals by offering various sports and play activities". The organization is deeply rooted in society and collaborates with others to achieve its pedagogical goals.

Employees are given every opportunity to develop, with sufficient growth opportunities and the possibility to annually broaden their knowledge and skills.
