In 6 state-of-the-art operating rooms, you will participate in various procedures and have every opportunity to specialize and grow within an inspiring hospital environment.
What you will do.
- You will work in a modern and safe environment with 6 operating rooms for all disciplines, except cardiac and neurosurgery.
- You will collaborate with surgeons, anaesthetists, nurses, logistics staff, and secretaries in a multidisciplinary team.
- You will follow a structured 6-month training program with a personal training plan and practical guidance.
- After the training, you can specialize in a discipline or grow into an instrument nurse.
- Your schedule will take into account your personal needs, and you will be part of the on-call service.
- You will work in renovated operating rooms that align with the strategic care plan of the institution.
Profile
- You hold a bachelor's degree in nursing. A BANABA in operating room nursing is a plus.
- You have obtained the radioprotection certificate or are willing to obtain it.
- You have basic knowledge of medical devices and their operation.
- You are enthusiastic, take initiative, and want to continue developing your skills.
- You are willing to respond to calls and be present at the healthcare institution within 30 minutes.
- You collaborate smoothly within a multidisciplinary team and contribute to a positive working atmosphere.
