What you do
As a project leader, you are the connecting link between residents, contractors, advisors, colleagues, and management. You ensure that projects are well-prepared, executed, and completed.
- guiding renovation, maintenance, and sustainability projects from initiation to delivery
- monitoring planning, quality, budget
- preparing and explaining investment proposals to management
- managing external parties and chain partners
- coordinating with residents, municipalities, and other stakeholders
- ensuring a smooth handover to management
You are given a lot of freedom in performing your work. This also means we expect you to make independent choices, take responsibility, and be able to clearly justify your decisions.
Profile
We are not looking for a standard profile, but someone who fits our way of working. You have architectural knowledge, understand the entire construction process, and can distinguish between main and secondary issues. You are independent, take responsibility, and enjoy connecting different interests. Furthermore, you recognize yourself in the following:
- You have an HBO (higher professional education) level of thinking and working
- You have an architectural background, from education and practical experience
- You have experience in renovation, real estate
- You communicate easily with residents, contractors, colleagues
- You are solution-oriented and think ahead
- You dare to make decisions and can explain them well
- You are honest about what you can already do and where you want to develop further
Experience as a project leader is a plus, but not the only factor. Even if you are ready for this step from another role, we would be happy to get to know you.
