What you will do.
- Coach clients who are struggling in daily life
- Guide the learning of practical skills
- Support the development of resilience and self-reliance
- Establish support plans together with clients
- Work in a team with other residential support workers, supported by a team leader and behavioral scientist

- Relevant HBO-level diploma (e.g., applied psychology, pedagogy, social work)
- Open and critical attitude, both towards clients and yourself

- Believe in equality between you, the client, and the environment
