A healthcare organization is looking for a GGZ Agogist for a multidisciplinary team. The role involves independent outpatient treatment contacts with clients and an affinity for leading groups.
What you will do.
- The team provides community-oriented, specialized mental health care according to the FACT methodology to people with severe psychiatric problems and sometimes addiction problems.
- Multidisciplinary teams and outpatient expert teams provide additional specialized treatments.
- Organize, coordinate, and optimize recovery-oriented treatments for clients with psychiatric and addiction problems within outpatient care.
- Conduct intakes and provide individual and group treatments, with attention to all relevant areas of life.
- Timely signal changes and risky situations and act adequately, with control over one's own caseload and care coordination.
- Collaborate with colleagues, relatives, and chain partners to realize appropriate and coherent care.
- Actively involve relatives in the treatment process and pay attention to their role and support.
Profile
- A completed HBO (higher professional education) social work degree with GGZ agogist specialization.
- Experience with the EPA target group; outpatient work experience is a plus.
- Good social and communication skills.
- Decisive, creative, and a solution-oriented attitude, even under (time) pressure.
Practical
- A positive Certificate of Conduct (VOG) is required.
- Reference checks and diploma verification are part of the application procedure.
