A government organization is looking for an experienced Campaign Leader/Tender Expert who will be responsible for contracting and operationalizing fixed communication partners, as well as for the development and rollout of regional campaigns. You combine knowledge of European tenders with experience in campaign development, media, and data analysis. You ensure that the approach is not only developed but also practically implemented and embedded within the organization.
By the end of the assignment, fixed communication partners will be contracted and operational, a regional campaign will be developed and launched, and a scalable approach for application in other regions will be in place. In addition, reporting and analysis of campaign results will be standardized and integrated into the organization's existing dashboard.
What you will do.
- Prepare and guide the European tender for communication services
- Contract and operationalize fixed communication partners
- Coordinate collaboration with selected agencies and suppliers
- Initiate, develop, produce, and launch a regional campaign
- Draft and execute the media plan and develop associated communication tools
- Monitor campaign results and advise on adjustments based on results
- Translate the regional campaign to other areas within the organization
- Safeguard and ensure corporate identity, communication tools, and uniform working methods within the organization
- Set up and standardize data analysis reports for (online) campaigns
- Translate campaign results into concrete insights and improvement actions
- Integrate relevant campaign data and KPIs into the organization's existing dashboard
Profile
You are results-oriented, analytical, and organizationally sensitive. You can switch between strategy and execution and know how to involve various internal and external parties. Furthermore, you work structured, monitor progress and deadlines, and actively adjust when necessary.
What they ask
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior communication advisor within the national government or a comparable public organization
- Demonstrable experience with communication regarding digitalization, innovation, or information management within the government
- Experience with developing and executing communication and campaign strategies
- Experience with stakeholder management at executive, tactical, and operational levels
- At least a completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in Communication, Commercial Economics, Organizational Sciences
