In this role, you functionally report to a Coordinating Contract Manager. You are responsible for the management, implementation, setup, compliance, and optimal utilization of contractual agreements with suppliers. The goal is to optimally support the entire organization. You act as a link between demanders and suppliers and proactively evaluate collaborations. Your primary task is to ensure that the added value of contracts is utilized and to adjust where necessary.
You advise internal departments (solicited and unsolicited) to achieve the best results, taking into account various interests. You quickly form a clear picture of all stakeholders and their interests and use communication skills to achieve consensus. This challenging position requires a balance between the contract's content and the relationship with civil partners and internal stakeholders.
You will be part of an ambitious and growing team of contract managers within a support service of a government organization.
What they ask
- Minimum a recognized HBO diploma, preferably in Purchasing Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commercial Economics, or a comparable field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience as a contract manager, supplier manager, or in a similar role within the procurement domain.
- Excellent command of Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrable experience with the MS Office suite and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
