Personal supervisor

A care organization is looking for a personal supervisor for clients with acquired brain injury and/or a physical disability. The location offers 24/7 individualized support in apartments. Night supervision is also available. The team is a mix of hardworking employees who complement each other and want to develop further, with an eye for each other and room for social activities outside working hours.

What you will do.

• You focus on what is possible and tailor the guidance to the individual.
• You switch between different guidance styles and contribute creatively.
• You draw up support plans.
• You maintain contact with the client's network.
• You know how to handle emotions and stressful situations well.
• You support and perform ADL (Activities of Daily Living) tasks.
• You translate the individual guidance needs of the person for the client.
• You collaborate with behavioral specialists and coordinating supervisors to create the most suitable care for the residents.

What they ask

• An MBO level 4 diploma in a caring or pedagogical direction (Nursing or Personal supervisor).
• You like to take initiative and provide good care to clients.
• Experience in drawing up support plans.
• Willingness to work varying shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
