In this assignment, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to product decisions, customer journeys, and business optimizations within a technology company.
What you will do.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements.
- Map and optimize customer journeys and business processes.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA Engineers, and Architects.
- Create and refine epics, features, and user stories.
- Support the product backlog and help determine priorities based on business value and impact.
- Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders from business and IT.
- Contribute to testing, user acceptance, and business validation.
- Contribute to digital transformation and improvements of existing B2C platforms.
What they ask
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Product Analyst.
- Experience within digital platforms, web applications, or B2C environments.
- Strong knowledge of requirements analysis, process modeling, and stakeholder management.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, user stories, and backlog refinement.
- Ability to translate business needs into concrete IT solutions.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
Nice-to-haves.
- Experience with subscription-based business models.
- Background in media, digital publishing, or digital customer platforms.
- Knowledge of customer acquisition, retention, and self-service journeys.
- Experience with digital transformation or migration projects.
