For a growing SaaS organization that develops an innovative platform for the real estate sector.
- The scalable product is used daily by more than 350 customers in the real estate industry.
- The international engineering team of 11 professionals is transitioning from one team into two, and potentially three, autonomous, cross-functional teams.
- You will work closely with the tech lead, who owns the technical direction, while you focus on building high-performing teams.
- You will help shape the future engineering organization by creating more ownership, improving delivery, and enabling teams to work more autonomously.
What you do
- Coaching and developing a team of 4-6 engineers.
- Improving delivery processes and collaboration with Product.
- Establishing clear ownership and effective ways of working.
- Supporting organizational change and continuous improvement.
What they ask
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
- 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
- Experience scaling, restructuring or splitting engineering teams.
- A hands-on mindset (approximately 50% management / 50% technical).
- Strong communication skills in English and the ability to connect technology, product and business.
- A background in C#/.NET and Azure is preferred.
- Experience with DevOps, Docker and Kubernetes is a plus, but other technical backgrounds are welcome.
