For a large-scale infrastructure project, you will lead the daily activities in the field of phasing and road construction. You will ensure safety, quality, and progress on the construction site. As a central link, you will daily manage the team, coordinate with subcontractors, and monitor the planning. You will identify risks early and know how to respond adequately in a dynamic environment.

- Execute 3 traffic phasing operations monthly without incidents or disruptions
- Manage 3-4 teams and coordinate heavy equipment
- Successfully complete quality inspections and audits with minimal deviations
Profile
- Experience as a road construction supervisor on large infrastructure projects
- Experience with phasing, traffic measures, and complex urban infrastructure
- Clear communication and motivational skills
- Familiarity with working within specific government guidelines is a plus
