To recruit top talent for specialized and strategically important positions, the HR department's talent acquisition team is looking for a Sourcing Specialist.
What you do
- You focus on hard-to-fill and strategically important positions.
- You map the labor market, use data and labor market information to find target groups, and approach candidates personally and persuasively.
- You work closely with recruiters to find and engage talent.
- You report to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
- Your workday includes:
- talent mapping and labor market research for scarce profiles
- developing smart search strategies with Boolean, X-ray, and AI-driven tools
- actively approaching passive candidates via social media and other channels
- building talent pools for future vacancies
- sharing insights about the labor market with recruiters and hiring managers
Profile
- You are curious, analytical, and energized by finding that one candidate no one else found.
- Additionally, you bring:
- a completed bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of demonstrable experience as a talent sourcer, or as a recruiter with a clear focus on sourcing
- thorough knowledge of sourcing methodologies, applicant tracking systems, and other recruitment software
- good knowledge of social media and up-to-date knowledge of AI-driven tools
- strong research and analytical skills
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Dutch at native/C1 level and English at a minimum B2/C1 level

- Remuneration comparable to scale 11 of the Collective Labor Agreement for Dutch Universities

- This assignment can be carried out on a secondment or freelance basis
