An international organization is looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to analyze system issues, implement configuration changes, and contribute to HR technology projects.
What you do
- Analyze and resolve complex SAP SuccessFactors incidents and technical questions from international stakeholders
- Investigate root causes and independently implement configuration changes where required
- Translate business requirements into sustainable system solutions
- Collaborate with international teams, payroll providers, and implementation partners on complex HR system challenges
- Contribute to projects involving payroll integrations and SAP SuccessFactors improvements
- Take ownership of changes from initial analysis through to implementation
Profile
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong knowledge of system configuration and the ability to implement changes independently
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and experience working with different stakeholders
- A proactive mindset and the ability to manage both incidents and project-related changes
- Experience with payroll integrations or international HR systems is an advantage
- SAP SuccessFactors certification is not required
