Are you an expert in dimensional metrology and passionate about precision mechanics? Do you enjoy solving complex technical problems and working on demanding industrial projects? Then this opportunity could be your next challenge! Within the Industrial Quality department, you will play a key role in optimizing quality controls and developing industrial measurement methods.
What you do
- Dimensional & geometric control: Measurements on CMM (coordinate measuring machines), measuring arms, and conventional instruments (micrometers, comparators, measuring columns).
- Plan analysis: Interpretation of complex mechanical plans and functional dimensioning (ISO GPS / GD&T).
- Non-conformity management: Drafting control reports, monitoring deviations, and issuing FNC/RNC with the SQA team.
- Measurement equipment monitoring: Participation in the maintenance and calibration of equipment.
- Collaboration: Regular exchanges with the Reception, Methods, and Production teams.
What they ask
- Education: Bachelor (A1) or higher secondary (A2) with a technical orientation (Electromechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Quality/Metrology) or equivalent by experience.
- Experience: First successful experience in dimensional metrology or quality control (precision mechanics, aeronautics, automotive, etc.).
- Key skills: Proficiency in reading complex plans (ISO GPS), practice with 3D tools and traditional instruments, notions of ISO 9001 / EN 9100.
- Language: Technical English (reading plans).
- Your strengths: Impeccable rigor, analytical mind, autonomy, and excellent communication.
Preferences.
- Knowledge of EN9100 / ISO9001
- Experience with Wenzel / Quartis
- Knowledge of machining or mechanical manufacturing
- Experience in precision mechanics
