HR Consultant
As an HR Consultant, you will work in-house at a manufacturing company. You will be the first point of contact for flexible employees, ensuring they feel heard, helped, and welcome. Simultaneously, you will be responsible for recruiting new employees for logistics and packing roles. The position combines recruitment, guidance, and administration.
What you will do.
- Discuss ongoing matters with colleagues.
- Assist flexible employees with questions about their work, contract, or planning.
- Conduct interviews with candidates for various positions.
- Evaluate applications and schedule intake interviews.
- Ensure new employees are well-prepared for their first workday.
- Write job descriptions.
- Manage contracts and process hours.
- Maintain contact with managers.
Profile
You enjoy working with people and are energized by guiding and supporting employees. You maintain an overview, easily switch between different tasks, and can communicate effectively with both employees and managers.
What they ask
- MBO+ or HBO level of education and thinking.
- Experience with administrative tasks.
- Good command of Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
- A proactive, strong communicative, and accurate work attitude.
- Experience in guiding employees or customer contact.
- Possess your own car.
- Willingness to travel weekly to a second location (travel time is within working hours).
