Caregiver Assistant supervisor

• You organize and monitor the daily guidance of residents, both individually and in groups.
• You work closely within an interdisciplinary team.
• As an individual supervisor, you support and guide residents and involve their context in the personal and social recovery process.
• You are responsible for correct medication distribution and follow-up, including observation of effects and side effects.
• You perform care-related actions and treatments according to applicable guidelines.
• You work in rotating shifts, including early, day, and late services.

• You have a caregiver diploma and a valid visa.
• Some experience or recently graduated; you will be warmly welcomed and coached by a professional team.
• Experience or an internship in mental health care is a plus.

• You possess a good degree of independence and help shape the guidance.

• A fixed-term contract (4 months) for 80% of a full-time position.
• Full-time gross monthly salary from €3,083 to €4,349, according to IFIC scale 12, based on relevant seniority.
• At least 47 days off (24 vacation days, 13 ATV days, and 10 public holidays) per year for a full-time employment.
• Additional vacation days for those 45+ (12 extra days from 45, 50, and 55 years old) or every 3 years of service (1 extra day off) for those under 45.
