Job Coach

The job coach supports participation employees within the work field of an organization that registers real estate information. The activities are temporary and take place at various locations. The job coach is responsible for supporting and guiding employees covered by the Participation Act, with the aim of optimizing their deployment, preventing absenteeism, and promoting reintegration.

In addition, the job coach advises on the support needs of these employees and guides managers and direct colleagues in effectively managing participation employees. Where possible, the job coach contributes to cost reduction by applying for subsidies through a government agency.

What you will do.

  • Support and guide employees covered by the Participation Act, with the aim of optimal deployment, preventing absenteeism, and promoting reintegration
  • Advise on the support needs of participation employees
  • Guide managers and direct colleagues in effectively managing participation employees
  • Contribute to cost reduction by applying for subsidies through a government agency, where possible
  • Concretely conduct coaching interviews with participation employees and provide guidance during the execution of tasks
  • Conduct advisory discussions with managers
  • Apply for subsidies for job coaching from a government agency or municipality
  • Coordinate with the diversity team if necessary
  • Provide reporting and administration of progress and results

Profile

As a job coach, you guide participation employees within the organization's work field. You support internal employees, advise managers, identify bottlenecks, and contribute to the progress of cases. Results are periodically reported back; reports are only functionally shared within the Participation team due to privacy.

What they ask

  • Completed (bachelor) HBO education or higher
  • Completed job coach training or a separate job coaching certificate
  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in guiding (job coaching) employees from the Participation Act
  • Agreement with the stated secondment conditions

Preferences.

  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in guiding employees covered by the Participation Act, within a (semi-)governmental or commercial business organization (internal, not in mediation)
  • Demonstrable knowledge of neurodiversity, especially autism spectrum profiles, and extensive experience in guiding employees with autism in the work environment
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the laws and regulations of a government agency, the Participation Act, and related regulations, including recognition as an internal job coach by a government agency for obtaining and applying for subsidies for internal job coaching
